How do I return an item?
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned.

1. Items returned under the 7 working day cancellation period
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
-where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we’ll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
-where you are returning an entire order, we’ll refund all delivery charges that you incurred
2. Items returned under 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Refund will be paid within thirty days of cancellation.

If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact me within 24hours of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs.The item must be unused and in its original packaging.We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or are not suitable for re-sale.For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item and excluding postage costs.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT IMPORTANT:
Please check packaging and if damaged, please record on the couriers? delivery docket “PACKAGE DAMAGED”. This will allow claims to be processed via the courier.
